He was entrusted with overseeing the estate concierge program, managing some of the Inn's most exclusive properties, including Fairview House, Piermont Cottage, Hutchinson, and Terrace on Main. Under his guidance, these estates became synonymous with bespoke experiences-- whether it was orchestrating private chef dinners, setting up movie nights under the stars, hosting intimate weddings, or customizing every detail to ensure absolute perfection.

Stephen's success at Old Edwards Inn paved the way for his next role as Director of Operations for two distinguished hotels including the renowned Highlander Mountain House. Here, he honed his expertise in managing high-end properties and delivering exceptional guest experiences. His deep understanding of luxury hospitality and his commitment to excellence inspired him to venture out on his own, leading the creation of The Highlands Concierge. With this new endeavor, Stephen aimed to bring the same level of world-class service to Highlands, offering personalized, five-star experiences to homeowners and guests alike.
